We're looking for a General Manager for a premium food led community pub. Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Grazing Cow is a fantastic premium pub located in the heart of Lawley, Telford. This pub delights guests with our Signature food offering and boasts a traditional pub feel with roaring log fires, a cosy bar area, and a modern exterior with a children's play area.

Currently trading at an average of £25,000 per week in net sales, The Grazing Cow has a strong wet trade and a sales mix of 50/50. This provides the perfect opportunity for an experienced General Manager with a passion for driving sales through engaging with the local community and inspiring the team to succeed.

Management accommodation is available in the form of a 3 bedroom flat located directly above the pub.
