General Manager - London - 50k-60k plus tronc & bonus

My client is a leading restaurant group and they are currently recruiting for a General Manager for their rooftop bar in London.

For this General Manager role, they require someone who is:

1. From a premium bar/restaurant background
2. Currently in a General Manager position
3. Comfortable managing a team of FOH and BOH staff
4. Looking to grow with a forward thinking company who push their General Managers
