We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us. We have a wonderful B&I site that provides breakfast, lunch buffet in the café, hospitality buffet & VIP lunch and fine dining when requested.

Location: SW1P 3JH

Rate of pay: £37,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7.30am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a small team of 3-5 people
  • Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
  • Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
  • Lead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in catering services, hospitality functions, café, reception, knowledge of food safety, health & safety and great customer service.
  • Good leadership skills working along with the team and helping with service.
  • Someone who is well organised and balancing a range of different areas to look after.
  • Eye for detail for marketing displays, bringing ideas to the team and client.
  • Used to working alongside the chef to bring new and exciting ideas into the café.
  • Happy to undergo DBS - Security Clearance.
