Job description

We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us. We have a wonderful B&I site that provides breakfast, lunch buffet in the café, hospitality buffet & VIP lunch and fine dining when requested.

Location: SW1P 3JH

Rate of pay: £37,000 per annum
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, 7.30am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing a small team of 3-5 people
2. Holding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectations
3. Full of innovation and creativity to develop the food offering
4. Lead, develop and manage the team staff members, ensuring you and staff members are up to date with COSHH and Food hygiene training and any other relevant trainings
5. Develop and sustain strong working relationships with the relevant clients at the individual business

Our ideal candidate:

1. Experience in catering services, hospitality functions, café, reception, knowledge of food safety, health & safety and great customer service.
2. Good leadership skills working along with the team and helping with service.
3. Someone who is well organized and balancing a range of different areas to look after.
4. Eye for detail for marketing displays, bringing ideas to the team and client.
5. Used to working alongside the chef to bring new and exciting ideas into the café.
6. Happy to DBS - Security Clearance
