Responsibilities Include

1. Manage all operation functions including processing of sales orders, purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and service delivery, ensuring targets are met.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve performance goals, evaluating performance and implementing solutions for improvement.
3. Communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and the executive team to ensure alignment and transparency.
4. Address customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
5. Ensure that risks, particularly health and safety, are appropriately managed.

Skills and Attributes

1. Manufacturing experience is essential, with previous experience in developing and delivering a roadmap for a growing, dynamic business.
2. A strong track record of performing a similar role with demonstrable skills in building and leading teams.
3. Experience in managing both internal teams and B2C relationships to deliver value and act as a business enabler.
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to adapt leadership style to various situations.
5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business.
