General Manager : Luxury Hospitality and Leisure Complex

Location: London

Salary: A GBP 70,000 : A GBP 80,000

We are seeking an experienced and successful General Manager to lead, motivate, and inspire the team at this stunning and trendy hospitality and leisure complex.

Required

You will be responsible for managing the team and overall business targets to deliver an excellent customer and member experience. The General Manager will also be required to manage profitability and customer satisfaction measures. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Manage the profitability of the complex, ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
2. Provide effective leadership to all team members.
3. Comply with and exceed all Brand Service Standards.
4. Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered.
5. Deliver achievable budgets, and set other short- and long-term strategic goals for the property.

What are we looking for?

1. Excellent management experience.
2. Leisure market experience/knowledge is essential.
3. Possess strong commercial acumen, with experience in increasing profitability.
4. Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results in a similar sized property.
5. Excellent leadership skills.
6. Exceptional communication skills.
7. Hands-on operational management of the property.
