Location: London (within the M25), United Kingdom, with regular travel across the region - flexible on the exact base.
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 40 Hours a week

As a General Manager, you will lead with vision, ensuring the seamless delivery of operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  1. Take the reins of multi-site contracts, delivering exceptional strategic management and operational oversight.
  2. Be the trusted partner clients turn to, building strong, long-term relationships that drive success.
  3. Lead and inspire a high-performing management team, cultivating collaboration, innovation, and growth.
  4. Shape the financial future, excelling in budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to ensure sustained success.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the grounds maintenance, landscaping, construction, facilities, or services sector is required.
  • Strong operational and strategic expertise in multi-site contract and commercial management.
  • High-level competency in IT systems for financial reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and build relationships.
  • Ability to meet vetting standards for government contracts and access to sensitive data.
  • Full clean driving licence.
