Are you from a Facilities Management background and are looking for an autonomous role within a well-established company who offer facilities management services for a bespoke range of commercial clients? You will be the go-to person managing a team of 60 staff, ensuring all business operations run smoothly.

This Facilities Management company provides a range of services to a diverse range of clients in the commercial sector including schools, churches, government buildings, and offices. Their services include everyday needs like security and cleaning, and more specialized needs such as pest control and waste management. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are looking for a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role:

1. Managing a team of 60.
2. Organizing all services as clients need.
3. Liaise closely with all departments and directors.
4. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with a need to be flexible.

The Person:

1. Facilities Management background.
2. Looking for a leadership role.
3. Commutable to Dartford.
