As the General Manager, you will hold a strategic & operational leadership position, overseeing management of all patient services in the Collaborative. Working closely with the Collaborative Chair, you will be responsible for delivering operational performance targets, enhancing the quality of services provided & ensuring financial balance.
You will lead key programs crucial for the Collaborative's success, covering areas such as productivity, efficiency, quality, workforce, & clinical effectiveness. This role involves providing leadership, direction, & support to managers, while also contributing to the Trust's corporate objectives & the wider community.
