What You ll Be Doing:

1. Leading the launch and day-to-day operation of the Oxford site
2. Building and developing a passionate, high-performing team
3. Delivering knockout customer experiences every single time
4. Managing all aspects of operations P&L, stock, labour, and team performance
5. Being the face of the site and championing the brand culture from the ground up
6. Bringing energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality

What You ll Bring:

1. Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR, casual dining, or food-led venues
2. Experience launching new sites or managing teams through openings
