Keen to take on this amazing restaurant in Birmingham

We are looking for a leader to take on this business, so much more than your average General Manager role. We are looking for strategic players, candidates who can meet and exceed financial targets and take an input into the ongoing development of the brand.

You will be guest obsessed, developing great rapport with regulars and motivating and inspiring your team by leading from the front. You will have a strong presence in the restaurant and be committed to the community and be happy to network.

This role will see you take an active role in the training and development of staff and future managers. You will have a strong focus on marketing the business and develop strong relationships with local communities and businesses. This role is for a General Manager who likes to constantly evolve and put their best foot forward.

Who will you be?

  1. We are looking for an all-rounder. You will come from a premium background and have experience in high volume with a high spend per head. Managing large teams, you will be a success story and be able to demonstrate how you have championed your teams and stories of development.
  2. Financially you will be on point with sound commercial awareness and a strong eye on the London market. Someone who loves to learn – a passion for wine, food, and service. You will offer structure and leadership in this role and have a strategic eye.
  3. A strong presence and a fantastic communicator, you will be guest obsessed and team obsessed.
  4. Ideally, you will have your WSET to an advanced level and have a background in coaching and mentoring your teams. You will be an ambitious individual looking to move up the ladder.
