A little bit about the opportunity…

S&L, Weymouth is a firm favourite with the local and tourist trade alike, occupying a great spot in the town centre, a short walk from the seafront and amongst the main eating and drinking circuit – so there’s lots of footfall to the area.

Graeme Evans our Area Manager in the Southwest is looking to recruit a dynamic General Manager, who has operational standards that are razor sharp, and proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team that any business would be proud of.

You will bring with you the ability to drive sales through great service, bucket loads of hospitality, strong team spirit and a zest for life that’s infectious to both your team and customers!

You will be a Master of Communications, networking locally, eagerly promoting our offers and driving pre-booked sales for our brunches, afternoon teas and Happy Hours to name just a few of the reasons to visit. You’ll also relish the opportunity to drive Theme Brunches adding further to that fun factor and customer experience.

In addition to this S&L, Weymouth also trades until 2am on a Friday and Saturday, therefore you will ideally have some great late-night skills ensuring your transition from evening to late night is seamless and your atmosphere and music choice is on point, ensuring there’s a party every weekend in the social calendar for Weymouth!
