Whilst you’ll need proven management success in a high-volume restaurant setting, it’s not all about experience for us. The right energy, ambition & attitude are equally important.

What You’ll Do

1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless & exceptional dining experience for our guests
2. Lead, mentor & motivate a high-performing team to uphold our standards of service & hospitality
3. Develop & implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth & meet financial targets
4. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction & engagement
5. Manage inventory, control costs & optimise operational efficiency
6. Foster positive relationships with suppliers, our team & stakeholders
7. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations & uphold food quality standards
8. Innovate & implement initiatives to attract & retain customers
