General Manager

Notes Coffee is coming to Reading! Notes Coffee Roasters & Bar is a collection of coffee shops and bars serving Notes speciality coffee, craft beers, well-chosen wines, and classic cocktails with 13 locations across London. We love our customers, and our teams are fun-loving families!

We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the team at our exciting new location next to Reading Station. The opening is set for late May, with the role starting in April.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.

1. Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
2. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
3. A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service

Training will be delivered on site in one of our London branches throughout April/May – travel costs will be paid.
