Must have experience within hospitality at General Manager level
Responsible for leading and developing the team
Strong planning and organizational skills

You’ll be dealing with budgets, rotas, stocks etc. so your planning and organizational skills need to be strong
Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach to your work
