As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and operations, driving growth, and nurturing a talented team out of our Nottingham depot. You will have overall responsibility for the P&L for all depot operations out of Nottingham including used vehicle sales and an HGV workshop. H&S and site overheads are also part of the role which includes the management of a feeder yard close to the depot in Colwick. Collaboration with all departments at Alltruck is key to the success of this role. Your leadership will help mature and guide our team while maintaining a focus on operational excellence and high-performance standards.

You will be a key stakeholder in the business, responsible and accountable for the depot’s P&L.
Responsibility for health & safety, setting the tone and championing a H&S culture across the depot at all times promoting a healthy workplace and colleague wellbeing.
Act as a brand ambassador and build Alltruck’s used truck brand in the retail environment.
Work towards the position of selling 80% of used vehicles through the retail channel.
Ensure that the workshop is highly utilised and efficient.
Identify end of life vehicles from existing fleet to be defleeted and sold.
Management of budget and used vehicle sales targets.
Report to the Board providing updates on financial performance, operational efficiency, and growth progress.
