We have a brand-new opportunity available for a Senior Financial Reporting & Controls Manager to join our Finance leadership team in Nottingham.
We are looking for an experienced finance leader to lead the Financial Reporting team, providing oversight of the production / review of both internal and external financial reporting and maintenance of systems of control to allow for the provision of financial and regulatory information.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the Society during a critical period of transformation for the organisation. This role and the Financial Reporting team are critical in supporting the business to deliver the desired financial performance.
We are looking for a finance leader with depth experience in financial accounting and reporting. You will have excellent knowledge and experience of IFRS 9 and statutory reporting standards.
You will have experience of cross-functional working and building strong relationships at all levels up to C-suite with the ability to present data to stakeholders in a clear, concise and digestible way.
You will be personable and commercial with excellent people leadership skills to motivate, engage and develop a small, high performing team.
