Lauders stands as one of the most historic pubs in Inverness, nestled right in the bustling heart of the city. Known for its vibrant and diverse mix of guests—from local regulars to tourists brought in by the cruise season—Lauders is a true community hub.

Lauders offers a warm welcome to both locals and tourists. Operating as a wet-only venue, it thrives during the week with the draw of a strong Rhythm of the Week (ROTW) and a large sports guest base too.

Come the weekend, the pub transforms into a lively late-night destination, attracting a vibrant crowd. The business is currently performing well, but we're looking for a dynamic leader with fresh, innovative ideas and a strong connection to the community to drive continued growth.

Our ideal General Manager should have substantial experience managing late-night venues and a proven track record within a similar style business. A commitment to high standards, exceptional health and safety practices, and a relentless drive to enhance and maximize the pub’s offerings are essential.
