Our Independent are looking for a full-time General Manager to join the team in this high quality country Inn, set in the grounds of a stunning estate in Ilkley.
As General Manager, you’ll take the reins of daily operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while fostering a strong sense of community. This is not just a desk-based role; you’ll be actively involved in all aspects of the business—whether it’s meeting with customers, motivating staff on the floor, or ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, as well as strong leadership and management skills.
The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing new ideas to improve the restaurant's business. They will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to think creatively and solve problems.
