• Leading the complete relaunch, ensuring a seamless and successful reopening
• Overseeing daily operations, including food and beverage service, guest experience, and operational excellence
• Inspiring and building a strong, cohesive team that embodies a culture of high standards
• Managing financials, optimising revenue streams, and maintaining profitability
• Advocating for local sourcing and sustainability across all business operations
• Creating a standout destination venue that attracts both local patrons and visitors alike

YOUR DNA

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-end pub, restaurant, or boutique hotel environment
• Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• A proactive, hands-on approach, ready to lead from the front and drive excellence
• Commercially astute, with a sharp focus on revenue growth and cost management
• A passion for hospitality, fine food and beverages, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• An appreciation for the countryside, with a deep understanding of seasonal and locally sourced produce
