Our client, a thriving, family-owned business with a loyal customer base and a great reputation, is looking for a motivated and commercially minded General Manager - Retail & E-Commerce to lead their Shop and e-commerce operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with retail and digital sales experience to take ownership of a key revenue stream and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing:

1. Full P&L responsibility, ensuring sales, profit, and KPIs are met
2. Leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver excellent customer service
3. Growing shop and e-commerce sales while identifying new revenue opportunities
4. Creating financial reports, analysing performance, and implementing action plans
5. Managing stock, budgets, and daily operations efficiently
6. Ensuring top-quality standards in the Shop

What we're looking for:

1. At least 3 years' experience in retail management, ideally in a fast-paced environment
2. Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce growth
3. Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive revenue
4. Excellent leadership and people management skills
5. Passion for product, retail, and hospitality
