General Manager

Student Accommodation Manager - £20.00 per hour, Temp 8 weeks - London SE1

A Student Accommodation provider is seeking an experienced General Manager to support them on a temporary basis in overseeing their site in London SE1.

This is a temporary role to start ASAP for an initial 8 week period and will pay up to £20.00 per hour.

Working hours will be on a shift basis between the hours of 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

1. Customer Service Supervisor
2. Manage Student inquiries
3. Escalation of issues to relevant departments
4. Reception desk duties (greeting visitors and answering emails/phone calls)

Ideal Candidate:

1. Previous experience in a similar management/supervisory role.
2. Experience of providing excellent customer service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work autonomously and make decisions.
