Job description

Location: Warrington
Salary: c 50,000.00 + benefits

Monday - Friday, working days.

Summary
Fantastic opportunity in the Warrington area with a leading B2B delivery business. This is a great time to join this well-established, successful and highly professional transport organisation offering a range of bespoke time critical services. The role will oversee their ongoing growth and will be pivotal to the success of the operation, ensuring collections and deliveries are made on time.
Applicants need to have a driving licence and their own vehicle as there is no public transport available near the site and this is a full-time office-based job.

Key Skills / Experience:

  1. Great attention to detail and fantastic problem-solving skills with the ability to prevent/resolve issues that could result in the disruption of service level agreements
  2. Strong communication skills across numerous channels
  3. Work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  4. Track record in a similar role within a customer centric transport operation
  5. Ensuring site compliance with all relevant employment / transport legislation
  6. Proven leadership abilities with the presence and charisma to lead a growing team
