We are a fresh and exciting Pan-Asian chain of restaurants bringing exotic street food flavour to the high street for over 30 years. Now part of the hugely successful Big Table group (which includes Las Iguana, Bella Italia, Amalfi, and Cafe Rouge).

We are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join our team. As with most roles in hospitality, this position will involve some evening and weekend work.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Being a brand ambassador, striving to achieve and improve the brand and restaurant goals;
• Managing the business performance of the restaurant;
• Maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

For this position, you’ll need to:

• Have previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced casual restaurant.
• Be passionate about delivering service excellence.
• Have a very outgoing personality.
• Be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
• Be enthusiastic, vibrant, and energetic.
