Job Description

The General Manager will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identifying new market opportunities and driving business growth.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Overseeing the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry.
• A capable, collaborative leadership style.
• Previous P&L responsibility.
