We're looking for a General Manager for community pub in Shardlow. Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub

The Dog and Duck is a wonderful pub based in the beautiful village of Shardlow, near to Derby, and not far from Nottingham. The Dog and Duck attracts locals and visitors from surrounding villages. The site is currently taking an estimated £17,000 per week, with a 60/40 wet to dry sales mix.

We are looking for a passionate and engaging General Manager to come on board at this fantastic pub. An individual who is keen to continue to build on relationships made with the local community, brimming with creative flair to plan events, and innovative reasons for guests to visit.
