Job Description

• Define, develop, and implement a business strategy aimed at supporting and promoting business growth;
• Oversee all company operations, including resource management, production, logistics, and quality control, ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet the highest standards of quality and profitability;
• Ensure the financial health of the company, including budget planning, cash flow management, cost monitoring, and achieving financial goals;
• Develop, motivate, and lead a team of experienced professionals, promoting a collaborative, results-oriented corporate culture;
• Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, customers, and government institutions, promoting the company's image and reputation;
• Promote the adoption of innovative technologies and processes in line with industry practices, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or specialization in the energy sector is a plus.
• Proven experience in leadership roles in relevant sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and managing complex contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse, multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on financial and operational objectives; accustomed to working towards goals and managing stress.
