Are you an experienced Bristolian General Manager who has experience of running high performing restaurants and has the knowledge of the local area to make a new opening in Bristol flourish.

The successful candidate must have the following:

1. Proven experience as a General Manager in a busy, fast paced restaurant setting.
2. Expertise managing reservations and guest experiences using platforms like SevenRooms, Tevalis, or similar systems.
3. Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance, and operational best practices.
4. Passion for Jamaican cuisine and a strong understanding of customer engagement.
5. Someone who has energy and is vibrant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes.
2. Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms.
3. Recruit, train and motivate staff to uphold our brand values.
4. Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, driving performance through strategic initiatives.
5. Foster a positive working environment that reflects our vibrant Jamaican culinary culture.
