As we continue to grow and evolve, we are now seeking a driven and passionate General Manager to join us and lead the team in Addlestone. This role will suit an individual with a strong background in the hospitality or leisure sector, who thrives on challenges, champions innovation and drives success. Experience in working within a fast-paced environment and managing a large team is essential.

General Manager will manage and oversee day-to-day business operations of our fantastic, busy venue.

How we will keep you busy:

  • Guest experience - you will work collaboratively with the wider Head Office team to create the guest journey and complete set of Brand Standards. Lead the implementation and delivery of these through the venue managers,
  • Sales driving - maximise footfall to the site and spend per head,
  • Cost control - full P&L responsibility, control of all cost lines, with particular focus on cost of sales, labour and energy costs,
  • Developing a team - people planning to ensure the right people are in each role and coach and develop them to be the best they can,
  • Operational excellence - ensure all operational processes are as efficient as possible, fully documented, trained in and audited on a regular basis.

About you:

  • Min 3 years of experience within a multi-offer hospitality business with a proven track record in building and developing high performing teams.
  • Sound operating knowledge of working with POS and business systems (i.e., Fourth Hospitality),
  • Experience in managing a full P&L for a complex business,
  • Present strong commercial and financial acumen,
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations,
  • Savvy in stock management, staff scheduling and hiring process,
  • Advanced knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures,
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving,
  • A warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail.
