General Labourer

Labourer - (Brackley South Cutting) - Fulltime

A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years.

PAYE basis

On Offer:

1. Rate of £13.43 per hour - first 39 hours
2. Rate of £20.15 per hour - final 11 hours
3. Rate of £14.91 per hour - average across 50 hours
4. Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
5. Lodge/Accommodation rate of £50.65 (only paid if you meet the requirements of being 50+ miles from site, verified using the shortest distance via AA Route planner. Relevant documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address and Tenancy Agreement, Receipts)
6. Travel Mileage can also be paid up to 50 miles in place of Lodge
7. Auto Pension Enrolment
8. Life Insurance
9. Training and upskilling paid for
10. Safe working environment
11. Free PPE
12. Secure regular income

Overtime When Available:

1. Saturday - First 4 hours' time & a half - after 4 hours double time
2. Sunday - Double time

Candidates must have:

1. Good understanding of general construction works
2. A good general understanding of site duties
3. Capable of carrying out manual labour work and assist with other trades as required
4. Maintain site tidiness
5. Using tools such as Brush cutters, Strimmers, and Chainsaws
6. CSCS Green card

Preferred:

1. CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card NVQ level 2
2. Manual Handling
3. Driving Licence
