General Labourer

Grafter is hiring for a range of contract and short-term jobs across the UK. We currently have a client looking to fill a role with the following description:

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing the site: Moving obstacles, unloading and loading construction materials, and positioning and securing them.
2. Assembling and disassembling structures: Putting up panels to hold concrete, and assembling other equipment.
3. Digging and filling: Digging pits, trenches, and foundations, and back filling.
4. Operating machinery: Using light and heavy machinery, dumper trucks, and wheelbarrows.
5. Laying and resurfacing: Assisting in laying kerbs and paving, and resurfacing driveways.
6. Cleaning up: Cleaning up materials and debris on site.
7. Assisting others: Helping specialized workers.
