General Farm Worker job - Northamptonshire / Warwickshire border

Looking for someone to join our team of existing staff on a 1000 acre mixed farm.

Responsibilities:

1. Cattle work, general maintenance, and fencing.
2. Spring work including round bale silaging.
3. Harvest work includes bale carting circa 5000 big hestons for own use.
4. Assisting in the establishment of a 1300 head finishing unit, including bedding and feeding.
5. Other jobs such as hedge trimming based on skill set.

Qualifications:

1. Stockman experience preferred.
2. Good attention to detail.
3. Mechanical skills are a bonus but not essential.

We are flexible and can offer a part-time or full-time position or will consider self-employed applicants.
