General Farm Worker job - Northamptonshire / Warwickshire border
Looking for someone to join our team of existing staff on a 1000 acre mixed farm.
Responsibilities:
- Cattle work, general maintenance, and fencing.
- Spring work including round bale silaging.
- Harvest work includes bale carting circa 5000 big hestons for own use.
- Assisting in the establishment of a 1300 head finishing unit, including bedding and feeding.
- Other jobs such as hedge trimming based on skill set.
Qualifications:
- Stockman experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Mechanical skills are a bonus but not essential.
We are flexible and can offer a part-time or full-time position or will consider self-employed applicants.
