Job Title: General Factory Workers
Location: Darvel
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:45 AM - 5:00 PM (4-day week)
Salary: National Minimum Wage

About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Factory Workers to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work a 4-day week, giving you a long weekend every week!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the production and assembly of products
2. Operating machinery and equipment safely
3. Ensuring a clean and organized work environment
4. Following health and safety guidelines
5. Completing tasks efficiently to meet production targets

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a factory environment is advantageous but not essential
2. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
3. Ability to work well within a team
4. Good time management and reliability
5. Right to work in the UK
