What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade generative AI services and solutions
2. Design and manage large-scale distributed systems including data ingestion platforms and microservices
3. Develop MLOps/LLMOps platforms with automated pipelines for model deployment and monitoring
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems
5. Create and maintain documentation and knowledge bases on MLOps/LLMOps processes and best practices

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2. 8+ years of progressive experience in machine learning, data analytics, or similar roles
3. 5 years of relevant experience in MLOps/LLMOps, machine learning engineering, or Big Data
4. Proficiency in writing production-level, scalable code using Python or Scala
5. Experience with distributed systems programming and cloud platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 2-3 years of experience operationalizing data-driven pipelines for large-scale analytics solutions
2. Involvement in open-source initiatives or participation in Kaggle competitions
3. 6-12 months of experience with RAG pipelines and prompt engineering
4. Familiarity with SageMaker and/or Vertex AI
