The Role:

The candidate will be closely working with various business areas to understand and deploy Gen AI based solutions to derive value by designing and deploying re-usable products for the bank to derive value across business areas. They will also be responsible for shaping the Centre of Excellence Framework along with the customer to ensure proper guardrails are in place to avoid incidents of jailbreaking.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complete Gen AI development, implementation program.
• Manage quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with Business, Data Engineering and ML team.
• Oversee implementation of low-level design of solution.
• Work with multiple stakeholders across development lifecycle.
• Participate in innovative design brainstorming sessions.
• Documentation.

Your Profile

Key skills:

Technical Skills:

• Having experience working on Google Cloud Platform, with focus on Google Vertex AI, Kubeflow, various LLM i.e., Gemini, Llama, OpenAI etc.
• Expert in NLP techniques. Should have worked with deep learning libraries (Transformers based models, LSTM, biLSTM, CNN, etc).
• Experience with other Machine Learning algorithms and tools (scikit-learn libraries, Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, PyTorch).
• Fluency in at least one programming language: Python, JavaScript/Typescript, NodeJS.
• Exposure to MLOps and LLMOps.

Business Skills:

• Experience working in BFSI Industry, retail banking experience is preferred.
• Understanding banking industry business processes to design effective generative AI workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Aptitude to adapt in a constantly changing fast-paced environment.
• Proactively advance knowledge of AI & ML technologies.

Good to have:

• Industry representation on any platform.
• White Papers on AI/ML solutions.
