Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Databuild Engineer who will support Databuild Validation and Scripting activities related to Network Rollout (NRO) of Nokia Radio Products. The role will involve the planning and management of the Databuild, Commissioning, and Integration services needed to secure an efficient delivery process and timely customer acceptance.

This role is primarily to provide Data build and SCF Creation support relating to the DICI of Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN solutions, but may also include In-Building, Infrastructure, and Antenna line solutions. This role is suited to candidates with a proficient background in NRO RAN projects.

Responsibilities

1. Accountable for the delivery of Databuild services supporting the deployment of Nokia equipment.
2. Organise and coordinate the Site Databuild services, ensuring that they are delivered in line with the contractual requirements.
3. Ensure delivery critical metric measures are in place and continually reported on.
4. Act on important metric issues by investigating and implementing corrective actions.
5. Support Field Engineers remotely to commission and integrate nodes into the customer networks fault-free and passing expected KPIs for performance.
6. Ensure relevant information is maintained in the project tools and that all documentation is handled in a structured manner and uploaded to the required repositories.

Key Proficiencies / Qualifications

1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in managing Databuild services within DICI project environment.
2. Technical knowledge in the provisioning of cell configuration data and production of scripts for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN solutions.
3. Effective communication and facilitation skills.
4. Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
5. Flexible with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity.
6. Experience in tackling challenges with perseverance to overcome multiple obstacles.

Desired Competencies

1. Nokia Radio Product knowledge.
2. Nokia Configuration and Scripting methodology and tools.
3. Proficient IT skills e.g. MS Office and workflow concepts.

Academic Background

Degree Level in Technical Discipline or Relevant Technical Experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: GBP25,000.00-GBP26,000.00 per year
