Our GBS team are currently in search of a GBS Transformation Manager to support the transformation agenda for all GBS Functions across Currys (UK) and Elkjop Group (Nordics). They will work directly with the Infosys Transformation team to manage the successful delivery of the operational transformation programme delivering Infosys Productivity glidepath and Currys Group business outcomes.
The GBS Transformation Manager will coordinate and oversee the Pipeline of potential new work for Infosys, ensuring that opportunities are qualified against overall Currys/Elkjop strategic priorities, adequately funded and that Business Functions fulfil all design and delivery requirements.
An experienced transformation manager with an in-depth understanding of the complexities within a large retailer/FMCG would ideally suit this role and team.
Role Overview:
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Work with Infosys Central team to ensure that the governance structures and tools are in place to coordinate and oversee the overall delivery of the programme.
- Ensure that an effective and efficient cadence of meetings/check-ins is in place to oversee delivery.
- Work with Infosys Functional Tower leads to ensure that a governance framework and cadence of meetings is in place for effective engagement with Business (Currys UK&I and Elkjop) Leads.
- Act as a GBS central point of engagement for GBS Business Partners and Infosys transformation leads to ensure that all transformation opportunities are captured and tracked.
- Act as primary point of contact with Technology teams to incorporate technology dependencies into the overall programme.
- Work with Finance Business Partner and Technology team to monitor and control GBS costs associated with the Operational Transformation programme, including budgeting and forecasting through the financial year.
- Prepare and support relevant business cases where Transformation activity includes potential investment to achieve gainshare benefit.
Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Significant demonstrable track record of Programme/Project management, delivering complex portfolios of change activity to time, cost and quality targets.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to analyse and understand complex data and situations to recommend the optimal solution.
- Advanced stakeholder management – able to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels and in different international markets.
- Experience of managing investment lifecycles – building business cases through delivery and post-implementation review.
- Experience working in a vendor engagement model, effective in dealing with third parties, across all levels of leadership.
- Experience working with IT to deliver tools and technologies, e.g., RPA, ERP module development.
