Position: Security Officer
Location: National Theatre Understudy & Kerb Restaurant, London
Shift Patterns:
- Variable Between 1300 start and 0200 finish
Key Responsibilities:- Premises Security: Monitor and secure all entry/exit points, performing regular patrols to maintain a safe environment.
- Customer Service: Engage professionally with visitors, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere. Address inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Surveillance and Incident Management: Utilize surveillance techniques to spot and respond to unusual activities. Efficiently escalate issues when needed.
- Communication: Use radio equipment in a clear, professional manner, maintaining continuous communication with the team and management.
- Reporting: Document incidents and observations accurately, reporting any security breaches or issues promptly.
Requirements:- Valid DS SIA License: Mandatory for this role.
- Experience in a Similar Environment: Previous experience in hospitality, events, or public spaces is preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and a customer-focused approach are essential.
- Vigilant and Responsive: Able to think on your feet and handle various situations calmly and professionally.
