Job description
JOB ROLE (these will be reversed dependent on the Engineer)
Role will be responsible for the service, repair, and installation of Auto doors. We are aware you may not have been trained or have the experience in all other types of equipment including barriers, shutters, and gates, but training will be given when required. As discussed, you would be responsible for liaising with internal staff if parts and quotations are needed, offering them photos, part numbers, and information where necessary.
You will also undertake small engineering projects, and you may be asked to carry out these types of works if and when required.
The annual salary will be between £18 - £24 per hour dependent on skills.
- You will be provided with a company phone/tablet for use on company business.
- There is also a discretionary bonus awarded annually.
08:00 to 16:30 Mon to Fri (lunch 30 minutes unpaid). You will be expected to cover out of hours for a minimum of 5 weeks during the year.
22 days plus Bank Holidays. Annual leave will be calculated from your start date and is calculated Jan-Dec.
Sick pay is statutory.
Details of the pension scheme will be provided upon joining.
A vehicle will be provided for use on company business.
