Job Opportunity: Self-Employed Heating Engineers - Ongoing Service Contract


Location: Newtown & Welshpool

Client: National Heating Contractor (Local Authority Sector)

Contract Type: Ongoing, Self-Employed


About the Role:

Example Recruitment Group is seeking experienced self-employed heating engineers to join a well-established national heating contractor. You will be working on a long-term service contract with a local housing association, providing landlord gas safety checks.


Key Details:
  1. Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks
  2. Commitment: Ideally 5 days per week (minimum 3 days per week considered)
  3. Contract Length: Ongoing
  4. Payment Terms: Weekly, one week in arrears
  5. Rate: £24 per completed property

Benefits:

  4. Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
  5. £2m Public Liability Insurance
  6. Clean DBS Check
