We have an exciting opportunity for a Gas Installation Engineer to join our team on the Exeter contract. You will be working on social housing, on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive basic salary plus on target earnings, totaling a realistic £48,000 per annum, plus Company Van, Fuel Card and Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Gas Installation Engineer will include:

  1. Installation of Domestic heating boilers, combi swaps/Conversions
  2. Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations
  3. Completion of all relevant paperwork
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
  5. Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures
  6. Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards
  7. Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
  8. Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
What are we looking for in our ideal Gas Installation Engineer?

Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT, LPG. Oil, solar and renewable/ASHP qualifications are desirable but not essential; further training provided.

Understanding of gas legislation and Health and Safety, with a full driving license.
