We're looking for an experienced Garden Centre Manager to take the lead at a well-established independent garden centre in Leicestershire.

You'll need a background in garden retail and a strong understanding of seasonal stock management. If you've managed a team, driven sales, and know how to create a great shopping experience for customers, this could be the role for you.

You'll be working closely with the owners, who are passionate about the business and open to new ideas. There's plenty of scope to make an impact, improve processes, and continue building on the centre's strong reputation.

One day, you'll be planning ahead for key trading periods. The next, you'll be hands-on with your team, making sure everything runs smoothly on the shop floor. No two days are the same, and that's what makes this role exciting.
