Hours: Various (22.5 & 37.5 hour contracts available)

The Role:

The role of a Furniture Sales Associate is to inspire and support customers to identify and purchase products they desire, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through enriching interactions and excellent sales service.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide memorable customer service interactions and increase company growth and revenue through sales
2. Manage point of sale processes
3. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
4. Assist with sales processes by maintaining a fully stocked store
5. Ascertain customer needs, inspire and sell an array of products for the home
6. Follow all company policies and procedures

About you!

1. Proven work experience in retail sales is desirable but not essential
2. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
3. Proficient in English with solid communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong customer service focus
5. Friendly, engaging, with a genuine desire to help people
