Job Description: Fundraising Manager

Salary: £45,864 p/a pro rata based on 40 hour working week.

Contract Type: Part Time, 2 days per week (16 hours) fixed term of 1 year with the offer of permanency after 12 months subject to satisfactory appraisal.

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead their fundraising efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and overseeing fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies.
  2. Manage relationships with existing donors and identify potential new donors.
  3. Oversee fundraising events and campaigns.
  4. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote fundraising initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in fundraising or a related field.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Experience in managing donor relationships.
