Events experience either in the charity or commercial sector is essential. You must also have previous customer service, sales, or administration experience and be able to multi-task in a busy, ever-changing environment. Excellent communication skills are essential for the role, as is a good standard of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload, as well as work to deadlines, are key. To fit in with the existing team, you will have a positive and agile approach and be prepared to work as a team to get the job done.
