StC Payroll Giving is a leading organisation dedicated to promoting Payroll Giving in the workplace. We partner with corporate clients to help employees donate to charities of their choice in a tax-efficient way through their salaries.

All appointments are pre-arranged by our head office, meaning you will be stepping into a role that allows you to focus on what you do best: connecting with people and making a difference.

Fundraiser - The Role

We are looking for dynamic and passionate fundraisers to join our team. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, we have flexible opportunities available.

This role is perfect for individuals with energy, enthusiasm, and a knack for engaging with people. Whether you are looking for a long-term career in fundraising or want to fit this role around other commitments, we offer flexible working hours where you can choose your shifts in advance.

As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be at the heart of our mission, inspiring employees at some of the UK’s biggest and most influential companies to support charitable causes. You will receive full training and have fantastic opportunities for career progression within the charity sector.

A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle, and the ability to work flexible hours are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage and inspire employees at major UK companies, helping them make a difference through Payroll Giving.
2. Represent StC Payroll Giving with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
3. Share impactful stories about our charity clients, bringing their work to life for potential donors.
4. Set up and manage your stand in private site venues, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
5. Work as part of a motivated and passionate fundraising team.
6. Adhere to our professional code of conduct and data security regulations.

Fundraiser - What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with people from all backgrounds.
2. A proven track record of working in sales, fundraising, or marketing (minimum of six months experience).
3. A passion for making a difference, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
4. A self-starter with enthusiasm, drive, and a strong work ethic.
5. Experience working towards and achieving targets in a customer-facing environment.
6. Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player.
7. A friendly, articulate, and outgoing personality with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
