Job description

A world-leading provider of fund administration services is seeking a Fund Administrator to join its expanding Guernsey team. Under the guidance of the Fund Administration Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operation and servicing of a portfolio of closed-ended investment funds administered by the Company, investing in private equity, infrastructure, and other alternative funds.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of closed-ended investment funds.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Several years’ fund administration experience, preferably in private equity.
  2. A strong academic background.
  3. Good Excel skills.
  4. A willingness to undertake further study/training as appropriate.
