Receive and respond promptly to referrals and undertake patient assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs
Develop strong working relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
To provide high quality and evidence-based occupational therapy assessments
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and other allied health professionals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on maximizing patient independence and safety.
