Occupational Therapist – North London – Offering up to £39K per annum DOE

Our well-established client is looking for an Occupational Therapist, either senior or junior, to join their diverse team on a Part time to Permanent basis. The Occupational Therapist will provide assistance to non-clinical and clinical staff with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of therapeutic activities in order to improve mental and emotional well-being and quality of life for the patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be involved in caseload management with varied patients.
2. Develop strong working relationships within the multidisciplinary team.
3. Provide supervision to the OT and rehabilitation assistants.
4. Receive and respond promptly to referrals and undertake patient assessments to identify and prioritise patient needs.
5. Maintain accurate and timely records detailing each patient’s rehabilitation and progress.
