Occupational Therapist needed for our client, a leading healthcare provider based in Llandenny. The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team on a part-time or full-time basis. This post is suitable for someone experienced or newly qualified. You will provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments for people who access the service, adapting the approach as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based and outcome-measured occupational therapy interventions.
• Communicate complex and challenging issues in an effective and compassionate way with people who access services.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions.
• Use effective clinical reasoning and formulation skills to devise person-centred occupational therapy care plans.
• Provide high-quality occupational therapy assessments.
